Software Development Engineer
We are seeking a proactive software development engineer to join us and focus on software R&D for an AI advertising platform. This position will deeply participate in the design and development of the platform's core system, and combine artificial intelligence technology to improve advertising placement efficiency and accuracy. Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the system architecture design and core module development of the AI advertising platform, ensure the system runs efficiently and stably

• Integrate machine learning models and advertising placement logic based on business requirements, and optimize recommendation and matching algorithms

• Write high-quality, maintainable code, and perform unit testing and code review to ensure software quality

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, front-end engineers, and product managers to drive feature iterations and technology implementations

• Continuously optimize system performance and enhance the platform's response speed and scalability in high-concurrency scenarios

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with solid foundations in data structures and algorithms

• Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (such as C++, Java or Go, Python), with good programming habits

• Applicants with AI application development experience and familiar with common machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch) are preferred.

• Understand the AdTech ecosystem or those with relevant system development experience will be given priority

• Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements
