Greet and receive walk-in guests, arrange waiting areas, and serve refreshments as necessary. </p><p>2. Handle incoming customer calls professionally, including addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and managing customer complaints. </p><p>3. Provide administrative support to in-house medical practitioners, sales staff, and other team members, including handling mail and courier services. </p><p>4. Manage and operate customer groups on instant messaging applications. </p><p>5. Operate and manage social media platforms to showcase company products (with the opportunity to earn commission from personal sales performance) — experience in managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (Red Book), Douyin, or others is required. </p><p>6. Promote and sell company products and assist in other business-related initiatives as assigned. </p><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p><p>1. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with a pleasant and articulate communication style.</p><p> 2. Self-motivated with the ability to think independently and handle tasks with flexibility and initiative. </p><p>3. Form 5 or above; education level may be considered flexibly based on individual qualities and experience. </p><p>4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with strong aptitude and potential may also be considered. </p><p>5.
