[Job Description]

We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individualProject Assistant, join our system integration team. This position will be responsible for coordinating cross-departmental communication and ensuring project processes and financial compliance.

[Main Responsibilities]

1. Legal and financial coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between project team and financial, legal departments; closely follow up on project manager (PM) progress, and issue timely warnings on overdue situations and compliance risks.

2. Financial and payment follow-up: Monitor the overall timeline of the project, deeply integrate with customers and internal payment, invoicing (Invoicing) and collection processes to ensure smooth project cash flow.

3. System Management and Administration: Responsible for data input into the company's ERP/project system, handling contracts, purchase orders (PO), employee and project travel expenses.

4. Meeting minutes: Organize and attend internal and customer meetings, write professional Chinese and English meeting minutes, and follow up on the progress of various action items.

5. Comprehensive administrative support: Assist senior leaders in handling other temporarily assigned administrative or project management tasks.

[Job Requirements]

• Working location: Hong Kong

• Education and experience: Hold relevant professional diplomas or degrees; those with 1 to 2 years of system integration (SI), IT operations or engineering project assistant experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered.

• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); have good logical thinking and data sorting abilities.

• Language: Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to use them fluentlyCantoneseAnd Mandarin communication.

• Characteristics: Have excellent cross-departmental communication skills, be meticulous and responsible in your work, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
