Responsibilities:
Setup and manage BMS system
Setup controllers and gateway
Provide guidance regarding equipment installation details, testing and commissioning methods and safety awareness
Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure that project targets are achieved
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Building Services or E&Mor equivalent and Degree Holder is preferred
3 years or above relevant working experience gained from Main Contractors or E&M Contractors in Hong Kong
Hands on experience in controller and gateway for HVAC or Electrical works
Experience with BIM is highly preferred
Candidate with more qualification or experience will considered as Senior BMS Engineer
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
