Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseas Immigration and study abroad field, customer consultation and personalized solution design, covering High Talent Pass, Talent Immigration Program, Specialist Immigration Program, Hong Kong further study, Employer Sponsorship, Renewal and Permanent Residency Application, etc. Full process service planning and execution

  • Independent development and long-term maintenance of high-value customer resources, through face-to-face consultation, online video communication, social group operations, public lectures and policy sharing, etc., actively expand market influence and trust basis

  • Closely cooperate with the company's nearly 100-person professional backend delivery team (including copywriting, immigration legal support, accounting and tax consulting, document review and translation, visa application progress follow-up, etc.), coordinate case rhythms, and ensure service quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

  • Regularly participate in internal policy discussions, practical case analyses and cross-cultural communication training, and continuously strengthen our deep interpretation ability and case planning level of Hong Kong and mainstream overseas Immigration and Study policies


Work requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for professional communication, with precise expression and empathetic listening skills in cross-cultural contexts

  • Have basic knowledge of Hong Kong's entry policies (including High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, Specialist Pass, IANG, Dependent Visa, etc.) and mainstream study destinations (such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, etc.) related regulations, and be willing and able to quickly grasp the dynamics of the policies

  • Have the self-initiative to explore customers and build long-term relationships, familiar with social group operations, offline event planning or content output, those who are good at it are preferred

  • No academic qualifications or age restrictions, welcome those with cross-border backgrounds in finance, law, education, human resources, entrepreneurship or international affairs; those with high talent pass, outstanding talent, IANG or other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong are preferred
