Job Responsibilities:
Provide customers with post-secondary education and immigration identity planning related services, including scheme design and execution and follow-up.
Assist in asset allocation, wealth management, and risk management strategy formulation and advice.
Follow up on customer application progress to ensure smooth advancement of all processes and timely feedback on the latest situation.
Timely handling of customer inquiries, providing professional answers and maintaining good customer relationships.
Collaborate with the team to complete relevant project tasks, participate in internal company training and knowledge sharing activities.

Requirements:
Fluent Mandarin expression ability, with excellent communication skills and service awareness.
Careful and cautious, able to independently shoulder work responsibilities and properly solve problems.
Interested or passionate about finance, education or immigration-related fields, and willing to learn new knowledge.
Strong execution ability, able to maintain high efficiency under pressure, and at the same time have good team spirit.

Salary: $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 (monthly)
Time: Day shift Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor's degree (necessary condition)
