Key Responsibilities:
Lead the content planning and development process, ensuring high quality and consistent brand messaging
Manage the company's social media channels, especially WeChat, Little Red Book, and other key platforms in mainland China
Manage SEO/SEM projects to improve the brand visibility and website traffic
Manage multi-channel digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation
Analyse campaign performance data and provide recommendations to continuously improve digital marketing effectiveness
Support the enhancement projects of the Marketing Automation System and provide training to our schools on best practices
Establish best practices and advisory support to our schools to improve their digital presence, especially in the social media content development
Mentor and develop the digital marketing team of our schools to enhance their skills and capabilities
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in relevant markets
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Admissions, Education, Human Resources) to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocation of resources across campaigns and channels
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing with solid experience in digital marketing in the Chinese market
Deep understanding of the digital landscape in mainland China, including WeChat, Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), and other key platforms is essential for this position
Proven track record of success in managing social media channels, digital campaigns, SEO and SEM etc.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Familiar with CRM systems
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Multi-task with the ability to manage ad hoc requests while understanding priority
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both as an individual and with cross-functional teams
