(1)Entrance and exit management
Strictly implement visitor registration, identity verification, visitor pass issuance and collection, record visitor time, purpose and contact person.
Vehicle entry and exit management: Verify license plates, register vehicle information, issue temporary parking permits, and guide vehicles to park in an orderly manner.
Control personnel / vehicle entry and exit, prevent unauthorized personnel / vehicles from entering, and maintain entrance and exit order.
(2)Patrol and surveillance
Patrol properties/sites along designated routes and frequencies, check doors, windows, fences, and fire exits for damage, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and report suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately.
Inspect security equipment (alarms, walkie-talkies, detectors) and fire systems (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, emergency lights), ensuring they are working properly.
(3)Handling sudden events
In case of fire, theft, fighting, medical emergencies, etc., immediately activate the emergency procedure, call the police / ambulance, and evacuate people and protect the scene.
Assist the police, fire department, etc. law enforcement agencies to handle the scene, provide eyewitness information and surveillance records.
Handle complaints and disputes, remain calm, avoid conflict escalation, and report promptly if unable to resolve.
(4)Document and Record Keeping
Fill out shift logs, patrol reports, visitor/vehicle registration forms, and incident reports to ensure they are accurate, complete, and clear.
During shift change, detailed information about the current shift, outstanding tasks, and equipment status will be exchanged and signed by both parties.
Regularly organize and archive security records, and cooperate with internal audit and law enforcement agencies for review.
(5)Other responsibilities
Provide basic services to residents/customers (directions, assistance with moving, answering common questions).
Cooperate with property / company to complete temporary security tasks (holiday security, event security, equipment testing, etc.).
Participate in regular security training, fire drills, and emergency exercises to enhance professional skills.
