Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • According to the annual business objectives of the subsidiary, participate in the formulation of sales strategies and take the lead in implementation, ensuring that the performance targets of each stage are achieved.

  • Establish and manage a high-performance marketing team, standardize business processes and management systems, and enhance team professional quality and execution ability.

  • Based on annual and quarterly goals, plan and implement monthly market activities for each sector within the jurisdiction, and regularly evaluate and optimize their effectiveness.

  • In accordance with the headquarters' risk management requirements, establish a risk prevention and control mechanism and an emergency event response plan for the branch; strictly implement the reporting mechanism for urgent events (including personal safety, property losses, and network anomalies) within two hours to the upper level.

  • Plan and manage business and market promotion budgets to ensure rational allocation of resources, effectively support advertising and brand promotion and various market actions.

  • Coordinate logistics department, supervise product and other supplies inventory management, ensure accounts and goods are in accordance, and ensure the stable operation of the supply chain.

  • Complete other tasks assigned by senior management, actively cooperate with various policies and projects promoted by the headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Have a permanent Hong Kong resident identity or a relevant work visa (including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa or other valid work permit), you can legally work long-term in Hong Kong.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience, those with experience in direct sales or the health and wellness industry in Hong Kong are preferred.

  • Familiar with direct sales business model, with practical experience in market expansion and team management, and a record of successfully leading a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for written and oral communication, able to cross-culturally efficient collaboration.

  • Have good decision-making, execution, crisis management, and market insight abilities, and be able to quickly respond to environmental changes and propose innovative solutions.

  • Strong service awareness and team spirit, good at coordinating internal resources and cross-departmental cooperation, and promoting continuous business growth.

  • Able to independently plan business development directions, and have budget control and resource integration abilities.
