Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling general office work for the company

2. Responsible for data input, file storage and report preparation

4. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries on social media and online instant messaging

5. Classify customer inquiries and forward them to the relevant departments for follow-up

Entry Requirements

1. Above secondary five level

2. Welcome fresh graduates

3. Familiar with computer operations including MS Word, Excel and must understand Chinese typing (Cangjie and Quick)

4. Responsibility, ambition

Working location: Grade A office building in Kowloon (about 5 minutes' walk from the subway station)

Benefits:
