Daily work content:
1. Familiar with and understand the company's business process, be able to flexibly recommend products, effectively follow up and communicate with customers from various mainstream media and short video channels, and guide customers to place orders;
2. Customer relationship building and maintenance, maintain good communication with customers, provide sales consulting to customers and potential customers, and can you solve customers’ consultation problems one by one effectively? Improve sales conversion and repeat purchase conversion;
3. Strong learning ability, can assist in community operation and on-site conversion, and have shaping ability;
4. Able to independently develop channel cooperation (educational training type);
5. Have sales experience in the education industry;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Good at communicating and getting along with others, with strong adaptability;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and goal; cheerful personality, proactive;
4. Be down-to-earth, avoid shortcuts, and reject a lazy work attitude (with a monthly goal of at least 100 million).
