Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing luggage transfer services in the hotel lobby area, including moving, storing and delivering luggage for guests, ensuring luggage safety and accuracy.
• Assist guests with the luggage assistance process during the quick check-in and check-out procedures, providing polite and professional welcome and farewell services.
• Daily maintenance of luggage carts, storage cabinets and related equipment to ensure their cleanliness and normal function, regular inspections and reporting of abnormal conditions to higher-ups.
• Follow hotel service standards and safety regulations, implement personal grooming and dress code, service language (Cantonese and English), and basic emergency response procedures.

Work requirements

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to speak English fluently for basic conversations and command understanding, and have no obvious accent barriers.
• Have basic service awareness and professional etiquette, those with hotel, travel or reception industry experience are preferred, those with no experience can also accept on-the-job training.
• Punctual and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to shift arrangements (although marked as double weekend, actual shift arrangements are slightly flexible according to operational needs).
