Sales Management Specialist

1. [Customer Management]

o Assist the customer manager to maintain customer relationships, improve customer files (CRM system), ensure accurate and complete customer information, communication records, and demand tags.

2. [Contract and Business Opportunity Management]

o Assist the customer manager in preparing quotations, drafting, reviewing, archiving and managing contracts/orders, and tracking contract performance.

o Assist in identifying and recording potential business opportunities, follow up on business opportunity stage changes, and co-ordinate to drive sales target achievement.

3. [Delivery and Business Process]

o Responsible for the whole order process follow-up: placing orders, production progress coordination, delivery arrangements, logistics tracking, and delivery closure.

o Execute reconciliation, invoice issuance, and collection processes to ensure accurate accounting and timely payment.

o Participate in the department's internal business process mapping and optimization, and propose efficiency improvement suggestions.

4. [Risk Management]

o Identify potential risks in contract signing, credit period, accounts receivable, customer complaints, etc. (such as overdue payments, clause loopholes, delivery abnormalities), report and coordinate with others according to the standard.

o Ensure business operations comply with company compliance and internal control requirements, and reduce operating losses.

5. [Internal collaboration]

o Responsible for customer reception, meeting minutes, department file management, data statistics, etc. Administrative work.

o Assist the customer manager to complete other temporary sales support tasks.
