Household Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional household support services at the customer's residence, including daily cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and other rooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

• Perform floor cleaning work, covering vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, etc. basic processes, and selecting appropriate cleaning methods according to different floor materials.

• Responsible for clothing organization and ironing, keeping clothes neat and tidy, and storing them according to customer needs.

• Cook simple meals such as soup, steamed vegetables, fried rice, etc. Pay attention to fresh ingredients and hygienic cooking, which meet the basic dietary needs.

• Regularly change bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers, tidy up bedding and bedroom environment, and maintain a comfortable living space.

Work requirements

• Must hold a certificate issued by the Hong Kong Employee Retraining Board (ERB) for "Domestic Assistant", with basic domestic knowledge and practical skills.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, clearly understand customer instructions and communicate effectively; no need to have other language skills.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, legally able to engage in part-time or temporary work locally, and not accepting individuals with work visas or student visas.

• Must be able to accommodate an external work mode, serving daily at a designated customer residence in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or the New Territories, with working hours from 8 am to 8 pm, and specific working hours and dates can be arranged according to mutual consultation.
