Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, order processing, and daily work coordination; it requires good communication and organizational skills, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and proactive, efficient independent work completion.

Main responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, providing dining-related information and recommendations
• Assist in handling customer orders, follow up on order progress and status
• Contact and coordinate daily affairs of various branches to ensure accurate information transfer
• Schedule daily work with follow-up to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Answer customer questions about dining services and provide appropriate advice
• Actively contact customers, remind them and provide assistance
• Responsible for customer service-related administrative work, including data input, file organization, etc.

Requirements:
• DSE or above academic qualifications; with 2 years or above relevant customer service experience is preferred
• Good Chinese and English communication skills, able to speak fluent Cantonese
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp communication tools,
• Have a good service attitude and the ability to solve problems
• Priority will be given to those with knowledge or interest in the food and beverage industry
