Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional Hong Kong talent, high talent and investment immigration solutions to mainland customers, assist customers in completing the application process and obtaining Hong Kong identity

• Plan overseas immigration paths for Hong Kong residents, including but not limited to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, etc. mainstream destination countries Immigration policy consultation and application support

• In-depth study of different countries' tax systems, based on customers' asset structures and residency preferences, providing legal and compliant cross-border tax optimization and immigration tax avoidance advice

Work requirements

• No experience required, those with investment consulting or financial planning work experience or relevant work experience are preferred, familiar with Hong Kong's Talent Immigration Program, High Talent Pass Program and various investment immigration pathways

• In-depth understanding of multiple tax systems, especially wealth management, asset transfer and cross-border tax reporting mechanisms, able to combine immigration schemes to propose comprehensive advice

• Preference will be given to those with relevant professional qualifications, such as law, accounting, international taxation or immigration consultant certification

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to clearly explain complex policy provisions and tax implications to customers

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English writing and speaking, able to independently write immigration plan reports and hold tripartite meetings

• Ambitious for the future, with a spirit of teamwork

• Welcome IANG/High Talent Pass/Outstanding Talent Pass and dependents visa holders, mainland background partners

Educational requirements

• Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination in five subjects and Chinese and English and Mathematics qualification or above academic qualifications Or
