Night shift health worker

Responsible for night-time health aide work, dispensing medication, feeding, peritoneal dialysis, guiding night shift nurses, and emergency and crisis management.
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the health care and monitoring of overnight patients to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Follow the doctor's instructions accurately and execute drug distribution, and record drug use.
• Perform peritoneal dialysis-related operations, including fluid exchange, tube maintenance, and complication observation.
• Guide night shift nurses to perform basic care work, coordinate team operations, and immediately activate emergency procedures in case of emergencies.

Work requirements

• Certificate of Health Care Worker Qualification
• Have clinical care experience, familiar with the handling process of common nocturnal emergencies.
• Proficient in drug management, feeding techniques, and peritoneal dialysis operation guidelines.
• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively guide caregivers and collaborate with the medical team.
• Able to adapt to the night shift work rhythm, high sense of responsibility and alertness, and able to work independently.
