Online advertising, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, data analysis and performance reporting, marketing campaign execution
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing various network advertising strategies, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. mainstream platforms, to enhance brand exposure and conversion rate.
Coordinate SEO and SEM daily optimization work, covering keyword research, website content collaboration, competitive product analysis and search ranking monitoring, and strengthen natural traffic acquisition ability.
Lead social media group advertising (such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube) in creative planning, audience targeting, budget allocation and A/B testing, ensuring maximum advertising benefits.
Utilize GA4, Google Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc. tools for data collection, integration and in-depth analysis, regularly produce visualized performance reports to support marketing decision adjustments.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute integrated digital marketing activities, covering event planning, page building, user journey design, KOL cooperation and coordination, and post-event effect tracking.
Requirements:
Have basic digital marketing concepts, welcome fresh graduates or career changers to apply; no need to specify academic background, but emphasize learning attitude and practical potential.
Familiar with mainstream digital advertising platform operation procedures, those who have actual placement experience (whether full-time, part-time, internship or personal project) are preferred.
Have basic data interpretation skills, understand CTR, CPC, ROAS, bounce rate, etc. core indicators, and propose optimization suggestions based on this.
Fluent Cantonese communication, able to clearly express ideas and collaborate on cross-departmental needs; Have basic Chinese writing skills, and be able to write independently reports and presentations.
Responsibility and time management skills, able to deliver results on time in parallel tasks; proactive attention and exploration spirit for emerging platforms (such as TikTok, Threads) and marketing trends.
