<p>Responsibilities: 1. Support HTC HASE XA site administration tasks, including support XA management team operation task, ODC office daily maintenance, support senior management team visits, Townhall, Exchange, and other activities. 2. Support HASE IT (GZ and HK) on various activities, including cross-location activities, coordinating with stakeholders for HASE wide activities. Perform data and information analysis, such as office seats occupancy report, annual leave report. 3. Support HASE IT BM team in financial prospective, including all direct and indirect costs, as well as the business recharges MI report preparation. 4. Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on run rate analysis and provide related scenario analysis. 5. Support HASE IT BM or IT project team to deliver their local agenda. Support may include governance, communications, people engagement, PPM etc. 6. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: 1. Essential: analytics and problem solving skills and not bound by existing processes, collaboration and communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills, good at problem solving without existing solutions or processes. 2. Logical thinker, comfortable in data analysis and business analytics tools. 3. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is plus. 4. Able to cope with tight deadline and demonstrate the ability of multi-tasking, able to perform with minimal supervision. 5. Tool: Proficient in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup) and MS PowerPoint; good grasp of SharePoint site design and administration; knowledge of basic Data Analysis, JIRA and Confluence site design are pluses 6. Ideally 3+ year experiences in a large division (200+ FTE), ideally within a technology service centre division with sound understanding of operational details such technology team;<br>Other information</p>
