會計員 (港幣18K | 5天工作 - 緊急招聘)

My client, an Australia company located in Kwun Tong and they are looking for an Accounting Officer / Executive to join their team:-

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounting entry input & finance system maintenance

• Ensure accurate billing and processing of invoices

• Assist in month-end closing with schedules and analysis reports

• Handle end-to-end procurement and financial process

• Perform other ad-hoc reports and accounting related work as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or related fields.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations.

• Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly motivated, analytical, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of Cargowise system is an added advantage
