Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the respective departments, ensure that all work is completed on time and efficiently according to the established goals;
Develop departmental medium-term development plans, annual work plans and budget proposals, and promote their implementation and review their effectiveness;
Responsible for cross-departmental coordination and communication, leading important projects from planning to execution and results reporting;
Represent the department in high-level management meetings, provide professional opinions on policy making, resource allocation and operational optimization.

Work requirements

Accumulate at least eight years of relevant work experience, of which at least three years must be in a management position, with public sector, non-profit organization or large corporate peer position experience being particularly desirable;
Proficient in Cantonese and English, writing and oral expression are fluent, and I can independently write high-quality reports, policy recommendations, and external communication documents;
High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, respect for diverse perspectives, good at motivating teams and promoting collaborative culture.
