Assist in basic construction work of indoor decoration, including moving building materials, clearing construction sites and preparing work areas;
Follow the instructions of the master or foreman, carry out basic procedures such as wall plastering, ceiling installation, and floor laying;
Operate common manual tools (such as a hammer, shovel, level, electric drill, etc.) and simple electric equipment, and use and maintain them safely according to the specifications;
Support different types of residential, office or shop renovation site, adapt to the multi-disciplinary collaborative work rhythm and temporary task allocation;
Follow the construction site safety rules, wear the designated personal protective equipment (such as safety helmets, anti-skid shoes, gloves, etc.), and actively report potential safety hazards.
Requirements:
Aged 18 or above, physically fit, able to withstand a certain amount of physical labor, not afraid of heights (such as working on a ladder) and indoor dust environment;
No professional qualifications are required, and those with no experience are welcome to apply, but they must have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand simple written instructions and oral commands;
Hard-working and down-to-earth, obedient to arrangements, and team-oriented; willing to learn basic renovation processes and safety knowledge;
