Job Responsibilities
- Assist the designer in the design and drawing of interior decoration projects, including floor plans, construction drawings and 3D effect drawings, etc.
- Assist in preparing engineering quotation, material list and construction progress schedule, ensuring that project information is complete and up-to-date at each stage.
- Maintain basic communication with contractors, suppliers and customers, and coordinate related matters in the project execution process.
- Follow up on construction site progress, submit regular progress reports, and assist in handling design or technical issues that arise during construction.
Work requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, architecture, interior design, engineering management or related professional fields are given priority.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to complete multiple tasks within a specified time frame while under a certain amount of work pressure.
- Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, understanding Cantonese as a basic requirement, and Mandarin ability as a plus.
- Willing to participate in site inspections and on-site work, with basic safety awareness and compliance with site safety management regulations.
