Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist the designer in the design and drawing of interior decoration projects, including floor plans, construction drawings and 3D effect drawings, etc.
Assist in preparing engineering quotation, material list and construction progress schedule, ensuring that project information is complete and up-to-date at each stage.
Maintain basic communication with contractors, suppliers and customers, and coordinate related matters in the project execution process.
Follow up on construction site progress, submit regular progress reports, and assist in handling design or technical issues that arise during construction.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, architecture, interior design, engineering management or related professional fields are given priority.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to complete multiple tasks within a specified time frame while under a certain amount of work pressure.
Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, understanding Cantonese as a basic requirement, and Mandarin ability as a plus.
Willing to participate in site inspections and on-site work, with basic safety awareness and compliance with site safety management regulations.
