Two-way foreign trade sales specialist (telephonic sales)

• Please note that this position is for night shift, with days off! Adapt to North American time.
• Requirements: 1. English can be fluent in communication 2. Work location in Shenzhen (Hong Kong position is full)

Duties:

1. Actively and proactively develop new customers, broaden the customer base through multiple channels.
2. Effective communication with customers, accurate understanding of customer needs, and professional solution provision.
3. Responsible for daily maintenance and relationship building with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. For abandoned order customers and historical customers, we will conduct phone outreach to win them back.

Requirements:

1. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, English can be conversational, and be able to use various office software fluently.
2. Have strong autonomous development capabilities and excellent communication skills.
3. Have in-depth understanding of international trade procedures, and be able to handle sales processes independently.
4. Have good team spirit, be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
