Senior Baker

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily baking product production, ensuring stable output and meeting brand standards.

• Based on market feedback and seasonal demand, participate in formula development and optimization, adjust raw material ratios, baking parameters and process flow, and enhance flavor layers and textural performance.

• Execute full-stage quality control, including raw material acceptance, process critical point monitoring (such as dough temperature, fermentation state, baking color), and ensure that the product meets food safety and internal quality standards.

• Comply with the needs of the store or the event, carry out product visual presentation design, including shape modeling, sugar frosting decoration, plating combination and theme-based packaging.

Work requirements

• Have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in professional bakeries and chain baking brands, those with management assistant or on-the-job training experience are preferred.

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to clearly understand instructions, coordinate team communication.

• Familiar with common baking ingredients (such as different degrees of flour, natural yeast, dairy product substitution options, etc.), and with the ability to solve common process problems (such as collapse, over-drying, insufficient fermentation, etc.).

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, accept shift arrangements (daily 08:00–17:00, covering Monday to Sunday), and have a high sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and team spirit.
