Responsible for the input, sorting and archiving of daily warehouse in and out documents to ensure accurate and timely data;
Handling supplier delivery notifications, purchase orders and delivery orders for follow-up and status tracking;
Maintain material codes, inventory details, and batch information in warehouse systems (such as ERP or WMS);
Assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly inventory reports, obsolete material analysis and related operating statistical data to support management decision-making.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, academic qualifications, must understand Cantonese, able to communicate in Mandarin or English is preferred;
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word operations, able to use functions (such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF) to process table data;
One or more years of warehouse, administrative assistant or logistics related work experience, fresh graduates with a good attitude towards learning and sense of responsibility can also be considered;
Careful and steady, with good time management skills, able to complete multiple repetitive and streamlined tasks on time;
Have basic warehouse concepts (such as FIFO, SKU, ABC classification), and willing to continue learning system operations and work procedures in practice.
