Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily goods in and out, storage and sorting, and inspecting goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure product quality.
2. Responsible for the packaging, inspection, and labeling of smartphones/laptops for delivery.
3. Warehouse management experience is preferred. (Higher
diploma fresh graduate OR Sales welcome)
4. Familiar with warehouse procedures and basic computer operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily goods inventory management and warehouse organization, ensuring inventory accuracy and strictly following the in-out inspection process to ensure product quality meets the standard.
- Responsible for packaging, functional testing, label attachment, and pre-shipment preparation of mobile devices (including smartphones and laptops) to ensure accurate delivery.
- Regularly inventory, record abnormal situations and report them to the supervisor in real time, and assist in optimizing inventory turnover rate and space utilization planning.
- Update warehouse system data according to the standard, familiar with basic office software (such as Excel, Word) and internal warehouse management platform, and ensure real-time and accurate information.
Requirements:
- Applicants with basic warehouse experience are preferred; fresh graduates with advanced diplomas or newcomers interested in sales support positions are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with warehouse operations (including receipt, storage, picking, packaging, and delivery), and able to independently complete standardized operations.
- Have good communication etiquette and service awareness, be honest and reliable, proactive and positive, and willing to learn New knowledge and take responsibility.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, with basic English reading and writing abilities, and able to understand simple work instructions and label content.
- Can accommodate shift arrangements: daily working hours are from 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm, working five days a week, and enjoying bank holiday leave.
