• Responsible for the entire sales order process for trims, including order acceptance, confirmation of specifications and delivery dates, coordination of production and warehousing, arrangement of shipment, and subsequent document filing.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas clients (especially in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia), promptly responding to inquiries regarding quotations, order changes, and logistics status.
• Collaborate with purchasing, quality, and production departments to track raw material supply and mass production progress, anticipating and resolving potential delivery risks.
• Maintain and update customer data, order records, and historical communication logs in the CRM system, ensuring accurate, complete, and traceable information.
• Regularly compile sales data (such as order completion rate, delivery date accuracy, and customer feedback), assisting the supervisor in monthly business analysis and process optimization.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in sales order follow-up in the field of trims (such as zippers, webbing, labels, buttons, hardware accessories, etc.), with preference given to candidates familiar with the apparel/footwear/bag industry supply chain.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, proficient in writing professional emails, creating English quotations and packing documents, and possessing basic video conferencing skills.
• Familiar with ERP or order management systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms), with strong numerical sensitivity and cross-departmental collaboration awareness.
• Meticulous, reliable, and responsible; able to handle multiple orders and urgent order requests simultaneously; possesses independent judgment and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• College diploma or above, with a background in international trade, business administration, foreign languages, or textiles and apparel.
