Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and implementation of AI Agent algorithms, including modules for task planning, tool utilization, memory mechanisms, and interaction optimization.
2. Participate in the application development of large language models in the field of code intelligence, building the next-generation end-to-end Code Agent system benchmarked against Claude Code.
3. Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality AI Agent solutions on schedule.
4. Stay updated on cutting-edge research in AI Agent technology and drive architecture and performance optimization.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with the technical architecture of Agent products such as Gemini CLI, Claude Code, or DeepResearch.
3. Strong programming and engineering implementation skills; proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., C/C++, Go, Python, etc.).
4. Experience with mainstream RL frameworks (e.g., VeRL, OpenRLHF).
5. Candidates with influential research published in top academic conferences such as ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, or ACL are preferred.
6. Candidates who have led or participated in impactful AI-related open-source or closed-source projects are preferred.

2. Participate in the large-scale language model's application research in the code intelligence field, build the next-generation end-to-end Code Agent system, and benchmark Claude Code;
3. Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality intelligent agent solutions on time;
4. Track and study AlAgent cutting-edge technologies, drive architecture and performance optimization.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc.;
2. Familiar with Gemini CLI/Claude Code/DeepResearch, etc. Agent product technology architecture
3. Have excellent programming and engineering implementation skills; Proficient in at least one mainstream development language (such as C/C++, Go, Python, etc.);
4. Have mainstream RL framework (VeRL, OpenRLHF, etc.) development experience
5. Priority will be given to those who have published influential research results in top academic conferences such as ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, ACL, etc.;
6. Lead or participate in AI-related open-source or closed-source projects with significant influence
