Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations on the restaurant floor, including greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and handling payments;
• Proactively understand customer needs, provide professional and friendly dining advice, and enhance customer satisfaction and return rate;
• Keep the dining area clean and orderly, and follow the standard for table and chair arrangement, dishware replenishment, and environmental inspection;

Work requirements

• Aged 18 or above, no need for relevant experience, welcome new entrants who are passionate about the service industry to apply;
• Have good communication skills and basic Cantonese conversational ability, be able to clearly express and patiently listen to customer needs;
• Positive and proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to high tempo and shift work arrangements;
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts to meet the needs of the operation.
