Job Description
Supermarket stocker

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product display, replenishment, and arrangement, ensuring that the shelves are neat, the labels are clear, the prices are correct, and they meet the company's visual display standards
  • Regularly inspect goods inventory status, promptly discover stock shortages, near-expiry or expired products, and follow the standard for off-the-shelf and reporting
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning shelves, floors, and public areas, to maintain a clean and orderly business environment
  • Support promotional activities by setting up theme stacks, hanging promotional materials, updating price tags and promotional signs, and improving customers' shopping experience
  • Support cashiers, customer inquiries and simple complaints Initial response, if necessary, refer to the supervisor for handling, and demonstrate good service attitude and team spirit

Work requirements

  • Yearly age of 18, no academic requirements, basic reading and writing abilities, able to understand Chinese instructions and simple product label information
  • Health and wellness, able to adapt to standing work and moving general weight goods (usually not exceeding 15 kg), with basic physical strength and endurance
  • Have good communication skills and service awareness, be willing to actively assist customers, and respect diverse customer groups
  • Applicants with no relevant experience are also welcome to apply, the company provides on-the-job training; those with retail or warehouse work experience are given priority
