Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers with sincerity, professionalism, and friendliness, actively understand their needs, provide appropriate product introduction, matching advice and shopping assistance, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Properly handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales service matters, respond quickly and follow up, and ensure continuous compliance with service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

• Actively promote brand membership plans, promotional activities and limited products, build long-term customer relationships through daily interactions, and enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rates.

• Maintain the overall image of the store, follow the brand's visual guidelines to organize and display products, keep the environment clean and orderly, and work with the team to implement various operating standards and safety regulations.

Work requirements

• Have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for daily services, and also have basic English and Mandarin conversational skills to cater to diverse customer groups.

• Positive and proactive attitude, with a service-oriented and empathetic mindset, able to maintain patience and focus during high-traffic periods, and flexible in responding to sudden situations.

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; those with retail, sales or customer service experience are especially welcome.

• Able to cooperate with shift arrangements, including weekends and public holidays, working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily, and actual shift arrangements will be negotiated according to operational needs.

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa, accepting applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependents visa, and other valid work permits.

Benefits

• Monthly salary range is from HKD$18,000 to $25,000, depending on experience and performance.
