Work focus:
· Provide professional evaluation and treatment for poor posture, neck and back pain, and those in recovery · Guide sedentary office workers, high-stress and low-activity individuals to rebuild core stability · Assist sports enthusiasts in improving core control, flexibility, and balance skills · Responsible for Pilates equipment training, combining anatomy and movement analysis, ensuring safe and effective movements, and avoiding repetitive injuries

Requirements:
