Full-time store assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of the store, including product sorting, replenishment and display
• Assist customers in selecting goods, provide professional product introduction and recommendations
• Handle sales transactions, inputting orders and cash register operations, etc. related work
• Greet customers and answer their inquiries, improving customer satisfaction
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and good order to ensure smooth operations

Work requirements:

• Have excellent customer service and sales skills, and be able to actively communicate with customers
• Service with enthusiasm, polite attitude, and honest reliable work
• Must have basic computer skills, able to use the cash register system is preferred
• Applicants with relevant retail or high-end toy sales experience will be given priority
• Familiar with anime culture or those interested in the toy industry are better
