Job Description
Sales Department Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the sales department, set and implement annual sales targets and business expansion strategies, and monitor progress towards each milestone;
  • Lead and manage sales team (including customer order processing clerk, sales specialist, etc.), responsible for personnel allocation, task assignment, performance evaluation, and continuous training;
  • Lead key customer relationship maintenance and high-value customer development, participate in major business negotiations, coordinate internal resources to provide integrated solutions;
  • Regularly analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer demand changes, propose product positioning, pricing, and promotion suggestions to support company business decisions;

Work requirements

  • Have three years of sales or business management experience in the relevant industry, of which at least three years are spent in team management positions, with cross-departmental collaboration and project coordination achievements;
  • Hold secondary school education or above, business, marketing, management, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred, those with CIM, CIPM or equivalent professional qualifications are given additional points;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong market regulations and business customs, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in writing and orally;
  • Have excellent leadership, crisis management, and business acumen, and be able to lead the team to achieve sustained growth under target pressure;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with basic financial analysis and data interpretation skills.
