Execute real-time screen monitoring, closely monitor various running indicators of the computer room (such as power, temperature and humidity, UPS, air conditioning, fire protection, etc.), identify and report abnormal alarms and failure events in real time;
Conduct daily inspections of equipment and systems along predetermined inspection routes and standards, adjusting inspection frequencies dynamically based on actual site needs;
Accurately record and summarize key equipment operating parameters (including voltage, current, temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.), ensure data integrity and traceability;
Upon discovering abnormalities during inspections or monitoring, immediately report them according to the process and fully record the event time, phenomenon, handling steps and results;
Quickly respond to sudden events (such as power outages, cooling failures, network interruptions, etc.), execute standardized emergency operations, and simultaneously report to relevant supervisors and collaborative units;
Assist senior engineers and technicians in completing fault location, isolation and recovery operations, provide on-site support and basic operations cooperation;
Instantly receive and forward events and alarm work orders, implement the first point of contact responsibility; if 3 minutes have not been completed within the order or notification, the standby facility group will actively intervene to remind and synchronize the notification to ensure continuous response.
Work requirements
Educational requirements: Full-time diploma or above, mechanical and electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, automation or related professional qualifications;
Work experience: Have 5 to 10 years of work experience in data centers, IDC server rooms or large-scale infrastructure operations and maintenance, those who have 7×24 hours shift management experience are preferred;
Professional skills: Familiar with ISO 27001, Uptime Institute Tier standards, TIA-942, GB50174, etc. industry standards, familiar with the principles and operation procedures of basic infrastructure such as UPS, HVDC, precision air conditioning, fire protection system, and power environment monitoring system (BMS/DCIM);
Language skills: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for oral communication and written records, able to independently write inspection reports, event notifications and handover records;
