<p><strong>Sales Manager</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive new business within Hong Kong's broad consumer and retail sector. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieving sales targets.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities from key players in Hong Kong's consumer, retail, and trading industries.</p><p>Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and effectively articulate how Elign's solutions deliver distinct business value.</p><p>Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and solution demonstration to negotiation and contract closure.</p><p>Leverage your knowledge of the local Hong Kong market to develop competitive strategies, coordinate internal and external resources, and secure deals.</p><p>Collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to craft compelling, winning proposals.</p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree or higher.</p><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in software/hardware solution sales, specifically targeting the consumer, retail, or trading sectors in Hong Kong.</p><p>Knowledge of JDE products is required; prior JDE sales experience is highly preferred.</p><p>Solid understanding of key retail business processes, such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Omni-channel operations.</p><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese is mandatory).</p><p>Results-driven with proven account management capabilities and creative problem-solving skills.</p><p>A self-starter, able to work autonomously and thrive in a startup-like environment, building the business from the ground up.</p>
