<p><strong>Office cleaner (Siu Sai Bay)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Working location: Tseung Kwan O office (specific address to be discussed)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Working hours</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 10:30 am (2 hours per day)</p></li><li><p>Saturday: 7:00 - 9:00 am (2 hours per day)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Working frequency</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Weekly 6 days (Monday to Saturday)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Salary and hourly rate:</strong></p><p>$75 (calculated based on actual working hours)</p><p>Core work content</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for cleaning the office public area and work area, including mopping and vacuuming (if necessary), ensuring the floor is clean and free of debris;</p></li><li><p>Clean up the garbage in each area on time, change the garbage bag, keep the trash can clean, and prevent unpleasant odors from breeding;</p></li><li><p>Responsible for cleaning the surfaces of office desks, chairs, file cabinets, windowsills, etc., removing dust and stains, and keeping the environment clean and orderly;</p></li><li><p>Follow the supervisor's instructions and complete other light cleaning tasks in the office area ( **excluding toilet cleaning**).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Healthy body, able to handle basic cleaning work, quick and nimble movements; </p></li><li><p>Applicants with relevant office or commercial space cleaning work experience are preferred, those with no experience can be trained;</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Cantonese communication is fluent, and I can collaborate and cooperate with colleagues in a simple way.</p></li></ul><p></p>
