Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist the lead designer in the early conceptual development of interior design solutions, participate in customer requirement analysis and space planning discussions.
Independently draw detailed construction drawings, furniture production drawings and node details in accordance with building codes and construction standards, ensuring that the drawings are clear, accurate in size, and complete in annotation.
Responsible for material selection and color matching work, including wall paint, floor, tiles, stone, wooden decorative surface and soft furnishings, and creating a material board for customer confirmation.
Regularly report design progress and communicate with customers, sort and respond to customer modification requirements, and maintain good service relationships and professional image.
Coordinate construction site teams (such as masonry, carpentry, painting, and electrical work) , follow up on construction progress and quality, and handle on-site drawing questions and design change items.

Work requirements

Proficient in using AutoCAD drawing software, able to independently complete construction drawing design; those with basic skills in SketchUp, 3ds Max or Adobe Photoshop are preferred.
Have basic spatial scale awareness and human engineering concepts, understand common building material properties, construction methods and fire prevention regulations, etc. basic construction knowledge.
Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, be able to clearly communicate design intentions, and patiently handle customers’ diverse needs and on-site coordination affairs.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to adjust work pace flexibly according to project timelines. Have a team spirit and proactive learning attitude.
