1. Asset allocation and planning:In-depth understanding of customers' (individual and corporate) financial needs, providing customized insurance, savings, asset allocation, and financial planning solutions.

2. Customer source development and IP establishment:Utilize the team's online lead generation system and professional knowledge sharing to continuously expand high-quality potential customers.

3. Customer relationship maintenance:Assist customers with business processing, approval follow-up and after-sales services, and build long-term trust relationships.

4. Teamwork:Participate in team discussions and market dynamics training, organize exhibitions, and jointly expand wealth management business in the Greater Bay Area and overseas.

[Entry Requirements]

• Requirements:Hong Kong DSE (Chinese/English and Math Level 2)

• Requirements:Yearly 18 years old, holding valid Hong Kong identity card / IANG / Talent Pass / Elite Pass visa.

• Professional qualifications:Welcome holders of IIQE 1 and 3 licenses to priority admission/ immediate listing; the team will provide a full set of free licensing exam preparation for those with no experience.

• Requirements:Have good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and drive for your career.

• Income structure:

  • Allowance:Monthly HKD $10,000 – $50,000+ (depending on education, qualifications and activity level)

  • High commission on high-value transactions (extremely competitive in the industry) + quarterly/yearly performance bonuses, with no income ceiling.
