Part-time customer bookkeeping clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for inputting customer accounting data into the accounting system, recording debits and credits, updating and maintaining the general ledger;

• Maintain trial balance through general ledger reconciliation, process accounts and bank reconciliations, and ensure transactions are accurate and error-free;

• Prepare financial statements and assist in handling temporary projects;

• Answer customer phone and email inquiries;

• Full-time job, 5 days per week, work location: Tsim Sha Tsui.

Job Requirements

• Hold a degree or advanced diploma;

• 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting related work experience.
