One. Core job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overseas trade sales of mobile communication products in the Hong Kong region (including smartphones, communication accessories, related smart devices, etc.), formulate sales strategies and plans, achieve personal and team sales targets, and expand customer resources in Hong Kong local and radiation areas (including offline stores, distributors, corporate customers, etc.).
2. Deeply dig into customer needs, provide professional product introduction, solution recommendations and after-sales follow-up services to customers, establish long-term and stable customer cooperative relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.
3. Real-time monitoring of Hong Kong mobile communication market dynamics, competitive product information and policy changes (such as import and export tariffs, telecommunications industry regulations, etc.), timely feedback on market demand and trends, and provide data support for the company's product development, pricing and marketing strategy adjustments.
5. Collaborate with the company's marketing activities (such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities) and conduct promotion work in the Hong Kong region to enhance brand awareness and product market share.
II. Basic requirements for employment
Educational background: College degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, communications engineering, business English, etc., are preferred.
Work experience: Have 1 to 3 years or above of Hong Kong local and foreign trade sales experience, those with mobile communications, 3C digital, and foreign trade industry sales experience are preferred; those familiar with Hong Kong local sales channels (such as Mong Kok, causeway bay, etc. digital business district, online e-commerce platform) and customer group characteristics are preferred.
Language skills:
Proficient in Cantonese (mother tongue or fluent communication level), able to conduct business negotiations with Hong Kong local customers fluently;
Have fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing), which can meet the needs of English emails, contracts and international customer communication in foreign trade business;
Professional skills:
Familiar with mobile communication product features (such as chips, screens, systems, network modes, etc.), able to quickly grasp the company's product advantages and accurately communicate them to customers;
Have excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, be able to independently develop customers and conclude transactions, those with successful customer development or sales performance cases are preferred;
Comprehensive quality:
Have strong market sensitivity and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to the sales position's performance goal requirements and flexible work rhythm;
Have good communication and expression skills, customer service awareness and team spirit, and be able to actively cooperate with cross-departmental work within the company;
Proficient in Office office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and customer management systems (CRM), with basic data sorting and analysis skills.
