Old gold shop sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily sales of gold and jewelry products in the store, actively greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional, sincere and targeted product introduction and matching advice;
  • Proficient in the material characteristics, craft features, market positioning, and after-sales policies of the company's various series of gold jewelry (such as ancient gold, pure gold, K-gold, diamond setting, etc.), accurately communicate brand value;
  • Execute opening cabinets, inventory, stocktaking, replenishment, and display adjustments to ensure that goods are neatly placed, labels are clear, and the display area is bright and orderly, maintaining a high standard of store image;
  • Properly handle customer inquiries, returns, maintenance and repair registration, etc. strictly follow the company's service process and compliance requirements, enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase intention;
  • Assist the store manager in completing daily sales records, performance consolidation, promotional activities, and customer data input, actively participate in team morning meetings and business training, and continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Work requirements

  • Aged 18 or above, with good Cantonese communication skills, able to respond to customers in Mandarin and basic English, those with retail or jewelry industry experience are preferred;
  • Appearance is neat and decent, with a sense of affinity and empathy, patient listening and meticulous observation of customers' emotions and purchasing intentions;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, able to handle independently each stage of the sales process, and also have team spirit, obey the store management arrangements;
  • Willing to accept systematized product training, sales skills training and service etiquette guidance, and pass the internal certification examination.
