About the role
Thinking about moving into B2B sales but not sure where to start? This role is designed for people with strong people skills who want to switch into a professional sales career. You’ll start with learning our products, shadowing meetings and making simple follow‑up calls, then gradually take ownership of your own clients.

What you will do (step by step)

• First 1–2 months: learn our services, systems and basic telecom concepts; support senior sales with research, CRM updates and follow‑up.

• Months 3–6: start handling your own SME leads by phone and WhatsApp, book meetings and join client visits with senior colleagues.

• After ramp‑up: manage a small portfolio of SME accounts, prepare quotes and close new and renewal deals under guidance.

• Keep disciplined records of calls, meetings and pipeline so you always know your numbers.

Who we are looking for

• 1–5+ years’ work experience in any customer‑facing role (retail, CS, F&B, front desk, operations, etc.).

• Confident communicator in Cantonese; basic English (Mandarin a plus).

• Enjoys talking to people, comfortable on the phone and not afraid to try new approaches.

• Very motivated to move into a higher‑income, performance‑based career.

• Reliable, organised and willing to learn the basics of telecom and simple IT.

Location & hours

• Based in Sheung Wan, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
