Little Red Book Content Operations Specialist (Part-time/Remote)

We are a professional study abroad consulting team based in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking someone with a deep understanding of the Xiaohongshu ecosystem, and with "blockbuster genes" to join us! If you understand study abroad, understand traffic, and understand user psychology even better, please take a look.

• Visual design: Cover image design and layout, ensuring a consistent style and meeting the high aesthetic requirements of Xiaohongshu.

• Marketing strategy planning: Design account growth paths, plan fan increase schemes, and improve interaction rates.

• Data Replay: Regularly analyze backend data and quickly iterate content direction based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, have some understanding of the study abroad track, and have strong sensitivity to hot topics

• Strong self-motivation, able to work independently, responsible, and able to complete tasks of high quality without being prompted.

• Have good communication skills, be polite to others, and be able to work efficiently with teams and bloggers.

Benefits:

Salary: 70-100+ HKD/hour (depending on ability)
