E-commerce operations
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's major e-commerce platforms (such as HKTVmall, Amazon HK, Shopify independent station, Facebook Shop, etc.), including product listing, page optimization, promotion setting and inventory coordination;
Plan and execute quarterly marketing activities, covering holiday promotions, member exclusive discounts, limited time discounts, and co-branding collaborations, to boost conversion rates and repeat purchase rates;
Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic sources, user behavior, and competitive product dynamics, regularly output operation reports, and propose actionable optimization suggestions;
Collaborate with design, customer service and logistics teams to ensure high-quality product images and descriptions, prompt pre-purchase consultation responses, and accurate order fulfillment, thereby maintaining platform ratings and customer satisfaction;
Work requirements
Have at least 2 years of experience in operating Hong Kong local or cross-border e-commerce platforms, familiar with HKTVmall backend operations, Shopee HK, Amazon Seller Central or Shopify management system;
Have basic data analysis skills, be able to use Excel proficiently for sales statistics, and be able to interpret core metrics (such as CTR, CVR, AOV, CR) through Google Analytics, platform-built data tools;
Have good market sensitivity and consumer insight, and be able to adjust copywriting style and promotion strategies according to the characteristics of target groups (such as Generation Z, family customers, high-income white-collar workers)
Have cross-department collaboration experience, be able to clearly express operational needs, proactively follow up on project progress, and flexibly adjust priority under limited resources;
Fluent in Cantonese, good in Mandarin, with basic English reading and writing abilities, able to handle English platform interfaces and overseas supplier communication.
