Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

• Timely and efficiently respond to and solve various IT-related problems and needs proposed by employees.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network failures, and develop and implement effective solutions.
• Provide multiple software applications and IT system usage support and training to end users.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration and daily maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Record and track all IT support requests, ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to push the implementation of new technologies and improve the overall IT environment.

Work requirements

• Have IT support or customer service technical support work experience, information and communication technology industry background is preferred.
• Have solid technical skills to diagnose and solve various types of IT problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively assist users of different technical levels.
• Strong adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Good problem-solving skills, and with a user-centered service awareness.
• Preference will be given to those with IT support or relevant field professional certification or qualification certificates.
