Oversea large scale of Beauty/Skin and Health products of ecommerce / retail industry under expansion

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma
With 2-3yrs exp in Customer Service and Order follow up in Ecommerce / retail industry
Good Communication skill and team work spirit
Proficiency skill in PC skill (word, excel, PowerPoint )
Good English and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred

Role

Handle customer service inquiry and provide CS service
Handle online order and arrange goods delivery
Prepare monthly reports and assist in marketing events activities
Ad hoc project

Attractive package : Salary + Monhtly commission + double pay + year end bonus + annual leave 14 days + medical allowance
