<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the production and delivery of sushi, ensuring food quality meets the standard</li><li>Handle ingredients according to restaurant specifications, including cutting, preservation, and sanitation management</li><li>Assist with pre-meal preparation, plating design, and food display to enhance customers’ dining experience</li><li>Assist the team in completing daily operations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and smooth operations</li><li>Provide professional advice based on customer needs, and showcase quality dining services</li></ul><p><strong>Work requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Second 5 or above, with basic reading and writing skills</li><li>More than 5 years of experience in the food industry, with actual sushi-making skills</li><li>Prefer candidates who have worked in hotels or high-end restaurants</li><li>Have good customer service awareness, be able to collaborate with the team and take responsibility proactively</li><li>Fluent in Cantonese communication, basic English and Mandarin, with Japanese language skills being particularly desirable</li></ul>
